At least one author must register for the conference before February 28, paying the non-EETN or EETN registration fee, in order to have the paper included in the Springer LNCS/LNAI proceedings. Each full (non-student) registration (EETN or non-EETN) can cover one paper. Registration indicates your commitment to attend the SETN 2012 conference. If your plans should change and you can no longer attend, please notify the conference chairs immediately.

* To qualify for the EETN member discount, you should have paid EETN fees at least until year 2010. For more information, please contact the EETN Treasurer Dr. Ioannis Pratikakis.

Over-length papers

Accepted papers are limited to 8 pages. Each additional page over the above limit incurs a page over-length fee of 50€ per page. Over-length papers will NOT be published in the Proceedings unless the over-length charges are paid. Page over-length fees are paid using the online system during registration.
